Methanol unit shut by Zagros Petrochemical

Zagros Petrochemical has taken off-stream one of two methanol units owing to technical issues.

A Polymerupdate source in Iran informed that the unit was shut on March 2, 2015. The duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.

The company operates two methanol units in Iran with a combined capacity of 1.65 million mt/year.
